The numbers for Non-academic are increased, while the values for Academic are decreased in comparison to the total population.

This bar chart compares the "Otto Group" customers to the total population with regard to a selected attribute. The chart is to be understood as follows: The attribute Non-academic is applicable to 85.96% of the "Otto Group" customers, in contrast to 81.3% for the total german population.
